Our production hall has a free working space of 34 by 15 meters. This makes it possible to manufacture large structures inside. Lifting capacity of 2x 6.3 tons and 2x 25 tons.
In our machine shop we have various machinery available such as laths up to 10 metre, milling machines and drilling tables.
Our plasma cutting machine can handle plates up to 12.000x3.000 mm with a maximum thickness for plasma cutting of 40 mm. Maximum plate thickness for autogenous cutting is 100 mm. The machine is able to prepare the edges of the cut plates for welding up to 45 °.
From the moment that the design of the architect and the associated construction calculations and drawings are available, Royal Niestern Sander manages the entire process.
