General terms & conditions

Unless indicates otherwise, all contracts closed and services rendered by Koninklijke Niestern Sander B.V. and/or affiliated companies the General Purchase Conditions and the General Yard Conditions are applicable as filed by the Netherlands’ Shipbuilding Industry Association (VNSI) at the Clerk’s Record Office of the “Arrondissementsrechtbank” (District Court) in Rotterdam, on April 10, 2000.
