Niestern Sander signs contract for conversion project multipurpose offshore vessel
Royal Niestern Sander has been awarded a contract for the conversion of a multipurpose offshore vessel by Wagenborg Offshore. This custom-made and specialized offshore vessel will support subsea activities and decommissioning works in the southern North Sea.
Niestern Sander Ship Repair welcomes mv Helge
On Tuesday morning 15th November the mv Helge arrived at the repair yard of Niestern Sander in Delfzijl. Here, the general cargo vessel managed by MF Shipping in Delfzijl, will be repaired in the upcoming months. Following a collision with another vessel in the German Bight, the mv Helge has serious (water) damage.
LNG conversion "Münsterland" successfully completed
Shipyard Royal Niestern Sander recently successfully completed the LNG conversion project of the passenger vessel Münsterland. The ship has been put back into service by AG Ems on the service to Borkum
Delivery walk to work vessel after successful conversion
Recently, Royal Niestern Sander has delivered Koenigsborg, the third converted walk to work emergency response and rescue vessel (W2W ERRV) for Wagenborg Offshore.
Yard number 862 successfully launched
Last weekend yard number 862 was launched successfully at shipyard Royal Niestern Sander. The world's first ice breaking walk to work vessel is one step closer to delivery and operations in harsh weather conditions in Sakhalin. To be continued!
