Your role

As a Working Foreman, you are the key figure on the work floor. You distribute tasks, monitor planning and quality, and ensure that your team knows exactly what needs to be done. You work closely with the Operations Manager and keep him informed about progress and any bottlenecks.

In addition to supervising, you also actively participate in preserving and spraying vessels. You ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. You monitor proper execution, oversee the use of tools and machinery, and motivate your team to deliver the best results every day.

Safety and teamwork

Safety is always our top priority. You make sure that everyone follows the safety regulations and that our equipment meets all requirements. You are also the point of contact for your team, fellow foremen, and subcontractors. With your clear communication, expertise, and positive attitude, you create a pleasant working atmosphere where everyone feels valued.

Who are you?

• You have an intermediate vocational education level (mbo-2) and experience in classification or a similar technical role
• Safety is second nature to you, and you lead by example
• You are a true team player with natural leadership skills
• You can switch quickly and maintain oversight, even during busy periods
• You communicate clearly and motivate your colleagues with your enthusiasm
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and can make yourself understood in English.
