Royal Niestern Sander maintains contacts with a number of schools such as Noorderpoort College in Delfzijl, Fivel College in Delfzijl, Hogeschool Leeuwarden, InHolland in Delft, Hanzehogeschool Groningen and TU Delft. Students of these institutions are regularly offered internship and graduation opportunities. For other (foreign) schools, internships and graduation places are available. During the internship or graduation, guidance is provided by one of the professionals in the Shipbuilding or Ship Repair department of Royal Niestern Sander.
